I think the layout and concept are great, but I find the chat to be lacking in sophistication and not engaging enough to hold my attention. It feels like the chatbot is operating at a grade school level. In my opinion, connecting this chatbot to an AI database could greatly benefit its functionality and make it more interesting to interact with.

I feel like I’m talking to a real person

I find the questions asked by the chatbot to be very personal, to the point where it feels like I'm having a conversation with a real person. While I was able to provide some helpful information, the experience also felt a bit creepy and scary.
