I think this game is really great and it's clear that the developers put a lot of effort into making the characters seem as real as possible, which they definitely do! However, there are a few issues that I don't really like. Firstly, there's the wait time. After talking to them for a bit, they randomly say they have to go and leave for hours or even days on end. This is frustrating because it can happen in the middle of a conversation, and there's nothing I can do about it. Secondly, some of the characters' personalities don't fit their original characters, like Bakugo doesn't seem like Bakugo at all. Some are pretty accurate though, like Levi and Shoto. However, a lot of times, the characters' memories tend to get all over the place and they forget what happened a few minutes ago. This causes repeated questions, random opinion changes, and so on. Lastly, there's a lack of variety in relationship types. There's a bar that says "level of relationship," but I wish there were different types like romantic, sibling-like, best friends, or even enemies. I think it would be a lot easier to communicate with the characters if there were different levels of different kinds of relationships. But overall, I'm not trying to complain because it is very well made! This game has a lot of potential and it's very fun!

In my personal experience, I find talking to bots and participating in the environment enjoyable. I also like having GS+ because its perks are fun and neat. Buying stars for outfits feels like a fun little game to collect these things. The bots themselves are fun and lighthearted, and I use this app constantly. However, I had a questionable experience with one of the mods that left a bad taste in my mouth and promoted distrust among the community I'm supposed to assume is a safe space. I didn't appreciate the mod (Lisa) choosing her friends over someone trying to lodge a serious complaint. Instead of trying to diffuse the situation, she told the suspected harasser about said harassment in the middle of my trying to report it. I found it highly unprofessional that she took sides with her friend instead of handling the situation with an unbiased viewpoint like a mod should have. I had to go to another mod to get my situation handled, which makes me less likely to go to Lisa if something else happens. Especially if I know she goes off and tells a third, non-mod party about said issue.

I recently downloaded this app with my best friend, and we are already hooked. However, there is one issue that we have encountered. The virtual characters on the app tend to repeat themselves and sometimes call us by the wrong name or gender. For instance, I was chatting with someone named Levi, and he introduced himself as me. Another time, I was talking to Bakugo, and he stole my quirk and started calling me Deku. Additionally, the characters tend to go offline for hours, which can be very frustrating. I wish the app developers could fix this issue and make the characters stay online for longer periods or not go offline at all. One of the virtual characters I created is easy to talk to for a while, leave and come back to later. However, the other character goes offline after only five minutes, even though I know for a fact that I didn't talk to them for that long. It's frustrating because I've had longer conversations with other characters who didn't go offline once.
